Ela is a multi media artist working in the fields of 3D, interactive art and sound.
Ela graduated from Central Saint Martins, graphic design in 2008. She then went to Kingston University to further her studies in engineering so that she could communicate her self through interactive design and 3D.
Coming from an artistic back ground; having a technical input has helped her to understand video engineering and the combination of hardware, light, sound and image. She now pursues her passion in these fields by working as an audio visual artist, creating tour contents for world renowned artists and festival stages. As well as working as a solo artist she also owns a successful company that concentrates on large scale AV shows.
This portfolio is mostly her own personal work that she feels a great connection towards in style and concept. Ela in heart, is driven by psychedelia. Whether it’s music or a book, the fine detail and complex structures of consciousness drives her to create highly detailed and well though out designs. Traveling being a part of her life, she never stops seeing and experiencing new ways of creating and comes across some of the most interesting tribes and becomes a part of it.
THE REALM OF PSYCHEDELIA
In this body of work Ela explores the infinite possibilities of geometry through life forms. Digitally hand sculpted elements meet delicately arranged mathematical formulas to give the viewer an endless possibility of imagination and feeling of communication through layers of consciousness. Although this breakthrough is a recent style in Ela’s own personal work, it’s something she is continuously developing and finding ways of making it more unique and technically more adaptable for animation and film.
